Advantages
Fiberline brackets are designed for effective assembly of Fiberline structural profiles. The brackets can transfer more shear than the profile. This simplifies the dimensioning of the joint.
Patent
The design and shear transfer capacity of the brackets have been patented (EP No. 0819200).
Dimensions
The brackets displayed are available in standard dimensions for Fiberline I and U structural profiles with the following heights: 120 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 240 mm, 300 mm and 360 mm.
Custom brackets can also be ordered.
Tolerances
The brackets are specifically designed for structural profiles. They can be positioned by means of a light drive fit and hold the profiles securely in place during assembly.
The holes are 1.0 mm larger than the bolts.
Quality
The brackets are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316 L) and are pickled for maximum durability.
Size adjustments
The profiles can be cut either horizontally or at an angle.
Holes and bolts
Fiberline brackets have ready-made holes and can be used as templates for drilling. Drilling in Fiberline structural profiles is easy – even large holes can be made using a portable electric drill.
Combined bolting and gluing
For joints that transfer shear, adhesive can be used in combination with bolts. This strengthens the joints and increases rigidity.
