Cutting of profiles and gratings in desired lengths. Finished components according to drawing.

Drilling
Drilling of holes in profiles according to customer specifications.

CNC machining
High-speed, high-precision machining of profiles on modern, 5-axis CNC equipment, providing customers with major quality and price advantages.

CNC programming is performed on CAD/CAM equipment.

Fiberline’s CNC machines can produce complex profile geometries in up to 8m lengths. Longer lengths are possible with additional setups.

Installation
Fiberline can assemble the machined profiles to a complete structure and can deliver it to the customer’s destination ready for installation.

Surface treatment and lacquering
Profiles can be supplied in the customer-specified surface and colour.
