Laboratory and test facilities
Fiberline’s R&D department develops, improves and refines the company’s products and manufacturing processes, and researches potential new areas of application for composites
Corrosion laboratoryAnalyses performed by the Corrosion Laboratory are primarily used for accelerated tests that indicate product behaviour over time when exposed to sunlight, water and other influences
Fire laboratorySome Fiberline profiles have fire retardancy properties. Fiberline performs fire-technical tests in house and also works with external fire laboratories
Advanced technical analysesWe measure thermal conductivity (“lambda value”). We also study fibre orientation and perform DSC analyses

Mechanical laboratoryFiberline is equipped to perform mechanical testing of profiles
Electrical laboratoryThe electrical properties of Fiberline profiles are tested and verified using our laboratory’s dielectric strength tester and high voltage facility
Chemical laboratoryIn our chemical laboratory we examine and optimize materials and material combinations
