Fiberline offers to carry out the following machining according to the specifications of the customer:

Cutting

Cutting of profiles and gratings in desired lengths and profiles.
Ready-made work pieces according to drawing.

Drilling

Drilling of holes in profiles according to specifications of customer.

CNC Machining

Fiberline carries out machining of glass fibre armed profiles on one of the biggest European 5-axis CNC milling machines. This means CAD/CAM machining at very high speed and with great precision providing our customers with major quality and price advantages.

Maximum machining dimensions per set up:

• 3-axis machining: 1500x8400x700 mm (x/y/z)
• 5-axis machining: 989x7789x400 mm (x/y/z)

The CNC milling machine can work complex profile geometries of infinite lengths, it only takes more set ups.

Installation

Fiberline offers to deliver the finished construction ready for installation at destination.

Surface treatment and lacquering

The profiles can be delivered with surface and colour as desired.
